Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel! Tapeten fallen von den Wänden und Rohrdefekt mit Loch in der Wand, total verschimmelt und Wasser tropft locker vor sich hin! Ansonsten sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Super Frühstück! Centrum zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

„Sehr schönes Hotel mit altem Glanz - leider etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt
Schöne Zimmer, angenehme Athmosphäre, sehr gutes Frühstück
lage nicht so zentral wie erhofft. Bis zum Zentrum (Dom) waren es zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten.

„Standard ist angesichts der Preise zu niedrig
Die Lage war zentral.
Das Badezimmer war in schlechtem Zustand: Das Wasser ist beim Duschen in großen Mengen ausgelaufen. Duschkopf war alt und kein Wasser kam raus (wir haben angerufen und dieser wurde schnell getauscht.) Die Tür zum Balkon konnte nicht verriegelt werden . Die Klimaanlage war nicht korrekt regelbar. Insgesamt sind Renovierungsarbeiten stark überfällig. Es ist kein schlechtes Hotel, aber der Standard ist angesichts der Preise zu niedrig.

„Zentral gelegenes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit tollem Ätna-Blick
Die Lage und der Blick auf den Ätna aus dem Zimmer (Superior mit Balkon) haben uns besonders gefallen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseing und für abendliche Restaurantbesuche. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel gibt es ausreichend und Parken ist günstig. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstückssaal ist ausreichend groß und die Hygienemaßnahmen waren gut, sodass wir uns auch hier wohlgefühlt haben. Das Frühstück selbst ist gut aber nicht spektakulär.
Das Hotel könnte tatsächlich eine Renovierung vertragen. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns dennoch, die Sauberkeit war gut.
